The H.O.M.E. Act would protect homeowners from deed theft, fraud, predatory practices, title scams, and displacement while preserving generational wealth.

Senior Asset and Financial Equity Act

The S.A.F.E. Seniors Act would protect older adults from financial exploitation, deed theft, abuse, neglect, predatory guardianships, and housing displacement while preserving dignity and independence.

A specialized state office to investigate scams, identity theft, contractor fraud, financial exploitation, and property scams affecting older adults.
